This will definitely help you become a great multitasker. Obviously, it will come from practice,but when you do,it'll be worth it !

Advantages:
- Easier to type number since you have your dominant right hand closer to the numpad.
- Enter and other navigation keys (arrow keys, home, pg up, pg,dn, etc) are on the right hand side of the keyboard as well.
- Which makes this arrangement suitable if you often deal with spreadsheet.
Disadvantages:
- Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V are a bit harder to reach.
- I always have to remap my own game control keys for FPS.
- Some laptops have their fans on the left hand side...
